What are the admission costs for the fair? Click here for admissions

Can I/We leave and come back? Yes, a re-entry stamp is available.

Is there an ATM on site at the fair? ATM’s are located at the Armouries(E2), the Fair Office (FO) at Gate 2 and on the Midway. See Map

What form of payment can be made for gate admission? The gate accepts cash only.

What are the beer garden hours? (Subject to Change)

Friday 7 p.m. – 1 a.m.
Saturday 7 p.m. – 1 a.m.
Sunday noon – 5 p.m.

Is there first aid on site? Yes, please check our MAP for the nearest first aid station

Are pets allowed? Are dogs allowed? Pets are Welcome, all dogs must be on leashes

Is there parking on the fair grounds? Is there a cost? Yes we have parking available for $5 per vehicle. Please see our MAP for parking lot locations

Are there places to lock bicycles on the fair grounds? We have many areas bicycles can be locked to. Any bikes left locked at fairgrounds are done so at own risk. Renfrew Ag Society is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

Where are washrooms at the fair grounds? Please see our fair grounds map

Is there an area to for diaper changing? Is there a family washroom? Yes, family washrooms are located in the Armouries and Baby Change Station is located outside Barnet Agricultural Educational Barn. See Map

Is there a designated zone for handicap parking? Yes. Parking is behind the grandstand, Enter through Gate 4. See Map

Where are handicap accessible washrooms? Please see our fair grounds map

Do the midway rides operate in the rain? Some rides do not operate in the rain. The midway does not operate when thunder and lightning are present.

Are all events rain or shine? Not all events are rain or shine. You can check our Facebook page for daily and up to the minute info during the fair.
